Terms and Conditions – HC999 Pakistan Online Betting Platform

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you (the player) and HC999 (operated under the brand hc999.biz). By accessing or using any part of HC999 — including the website, mobile site, sports betting section, live casino, slots, or any other product — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

HC999 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed specifically for Pakistani players. All accounts operate in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). These Terms are written in plain English and represent a binding legal agreement between you and HC999. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or continue to use the platform.

HC999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of HC999 after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open and use an HC999 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all subsequent times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. HC999 operates strictly as an adult platform. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and the balance returned to the payment source.
• You must be accessing HC999 from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited for the individual player. It is the player's responsibility to confirm the legality of online gambling under the laws applicable to them.
• You must not be a current employee of HC999, its subsidiaries, associated companies, or technology and gaming providers who supply services to HC999. Immediate family members of such employees are also excluded from holding an account.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have a self-exclusion in place at HC999 from a previous account.

HC999 may request identity verification documents at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a periodic account review. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe (typically 72 hours of request) may result in account suspension and withdrawal processing being paused until verification is complete.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one HC999 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to claim multiple bonuses or otherwise — are strictly prohibited. HC999 uses device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method analysis to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicates are found, all linked accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. HC999 does not accept registrations with false or misleading personal details. Providing incorrect information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

HC999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to give a reason. Acceptance of a registration application does not constitute a guarantee of uninterrupted platform access — HC999 may restrict, suspend, or close accounts at any time in accordance with these Terms.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your HC999 login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person under any circumstances. HC999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel — if you receive any such request, report it to our support team immediately as it is likely a phishing attempt.

• Use a unique, strong password for your HC999 account — one that is not shared with any other website or application.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account security settings. HC999 strongly recommends 2FA for all accounts.
• Log out of your HC999 account when using a shared or public device.
• Report any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account to HC999 support immediately.

HC999 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account caused by the player's failure to protect their login credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately so we can lock the account and investigate.

HC999 accepts deposits exclusively in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). All deposit methods available at HC999 are Pakistani-origin payment channels — there are no foreign currency conversions and no exchange rate costs applied to player deposits.

Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though HC999 may apply account-level deposit limits at its discretion, and players may set their own deposit limits through account settings as a responsible gaming tool.

• Deposits from mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) typically credit to your HC999 balance within 60 seconds of the transfer being confirmed.
• IBFT bank transfers may take up to 2 hours to be confirmed and credited, depending on the sending bank's processing times.
• Card deposits are typically instant but may be subject to bank authorisation which can add a few minutes to processing time.

Withdrawals from HC999 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This same-method policy is part of HC999's anti-money-laundering controls. Exceptions may be made at HC999's discretion where the original deposit method is no longer available.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit by default, though HC999 may apply temporary daily withdrawal limits during high-volume periods or as part of an account review. HC999 does not charge withdrawal processing fees — the full requested amount is transferred to the player's payment method.

• Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are processed within 7–10 minutes for verified accounts, 24 hours a day.
• IBFT bank withdrawals are processed within 1–4 business hours during banking hours (9am–5pm Pakistan time, Monday to Saturday).
• Card withdrawals typically take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.

HC999 may delay or pause withdrawal processing to conduct identity verification checks. Where a withdrawal is paused for verification purposes, HC999 will notify the player by email and request the necessary documents. Once documents are received and verified, withdrawal processing resumes. Unverified withdrawals that remain pending for more than 30 days due to non-provision of requested documents may be returned to the account balance.

HC999 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated on the individual promotion page, which supplement these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

General bonus rules that apply across all HC999 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, 30× means the bonus must be wagered 30 times in eligible games).
• Not all games on HC999 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%, slots contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%), and some games may be excluded entirely. • Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus and associated winnings not claimed within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• HC999 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time, including ongoing promotions, where there is evidence of exploitation, system error, or any other circumstances that HC999 considers to be unfair or contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on HC999. Additional sport-specific rules (such as cricket rules for DLS-affected matches) are published in the HC999 Sports Betting Rules document, which forms part of these Terms.

• Bet confirmation: A bet on HC999 is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation message with a bet reference number. A bet slip that has been filled but not confirmed is not a placed bet.
• Odds at time of placement: Your bet is settled at the odds displayed at the time your bet was confirmed, regardless of subsequent odds movements in either direction.
• Obvious errors: HC999 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were the result of a manifest pricing error. In such cases, the stake will be returned in full. What constitutes a manifest error is determined by HC999 at its sole discretion.
• Event cancellations: If an event is cancelled or abandoned before enough play has occurred to produce a result (criteria vary by sport), bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Sport-specific rules govern the minimum play threshold for each sport.
• In-play betting: In-play bets on HC999 are subject to a brief delay in acceptance for integrity protection purposes. During this delay, odds may change. You will be notified if odds have changed and given the option to accept or decline the new price.
• Maximum winnings: HC999 may impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or accumulators. Where a limit applies, it will be stated on the relevant market before you confirm your bet.

Casino games and live dealer tables at HC999 are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Playtech, and others. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a casino game, the outcome of any round in progress at the time of the malfunction will be determined by the game provider's server records. HC999 will honour the server-side result where it can be verified. Where no verifiable result exists, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on HC999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your HC999 account. This includes chargebacks made in bad faith after bets have been placed with deposited funds.
• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, participating in coordinated bonus abuse with other players, or placing deliberately low-risk or risk-free bets to meet wagering requirements that are not in the spirit of the promotion.
• Match fixing and inside information: Placing bets based on information not available to the general public, or on events you have any involvement in influencing. HC999 actively monitors for irregular betting patterns and cooperates with sports integrity bodies.
• Arbitrage and scalping: Systematic betting strategies designed solely to exploit price differences or exploit HC999's pricing rather than to express a genuine view on an outcome.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, or other automated tools to place bets on HC999. All betting must be done manually by the account holder.
• Money laundering: Using HC999 to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering activity. HC999 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

HC999 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our obligations to player welfare seriously. The following tools are available to every HC999 account holder through the account settings panel:

• Deposit limits: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap in PKR. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period before becoming active.

HC999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the HC999 platform due to technical maintenance, system upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, server failures, or force majeure events.
• Gambling losses incurred through the use of HC999 — by registering you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money.
• Losses resulting from the player's failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorised access to the player's account where that access was not caused by HC999's own negligence.
• Inaccuracy of information provided by the player during registration or verification that results in misdelivery of funds or denial of withdrawal.

Nothing in these Terms limits HC999's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be legally excluded. HC999's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

HC999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where we make changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification visible at login.

If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using HC999 and may request closure of your account before the new Terms take effect. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Continued use of HC999 after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full.
